Can Your Emotions cause back pain?

The simple answer is a resounding YES! To prove my point; close your eyes and imagine yourself cutting a lemon in half. See yourself taking half that lemon and squeezing all the juice into your mouth. I guarantee you that your lips are puckering and you're starting to salivate. Moreover, have you ever been in low light and saw a snake right next to you. Your heart started pounding, your muscles tighten, your face flushed

and you either jumped or ran. Then you discovered that it wasn't even a snake but rather a garden hose. But you reacted as though you might be in danger, why? In most cases, that response is a survival mechanism caused by a psychosomatic stimulus. It is a way to keep you out of danger. However, when the alleged danger is not real or life threatening and your response intense and long term, the emotions it creates are often deleterious to your body.

This is where Directional Non-force Chiropractic© Technique comes in. It is a healing process that relaxes the nervous system and allows your body to heal from the effects of chronic stress. It like your body is an electrical system and the stress has caused electrical shorts and disconnections. DNFT repairs those disconnected pathways gently and safely in timely manner.

Most people believe that back or neck pain comes from bad posture or physical injury. However, in my last 36 years of experience, I have discovered that most cases of pain come from stress.
